As one of the trusted rehab centers in Georgia, Firm Foundation Treatment Center offers a spiritually based, 12 Step integrated program that is designed for and focused on men healing their relationship with God, themselves, and the world around them.

Scott Peck defines love as “the will to extend oneself for the purpose of nurturing one’s own or another’s spiritual growth.” We embrace this definition in our work. True growth often requires surrender—letting go of parts of oneself such as fear, arrogance, dishonesty, jealousy, impulsivity, control, perfectionism, resentment, or self-centeredness. Our program is designed to expose these parts and guide each person into specific actions to take, tailored to their unique personality traits.
This invitation into the next right action might look like asking them to grow in: showing up on time, completing assignments, taking responsibility, acknowledge harm done to self and others, and living with integrity. We then support them as they wrestle with the discomfort that change inevitably brings. We are deeply invested in each client’s capacity to change, and hold hope for our clients, even in moments when they may not yet be able to hold it for themselves.
We ask our clients to engage in difficult emotional and relational work because we believe that this discomfort is not only necessary to be abstinent but begins a transformation that sustains long-term sobriety. It is through this process that individuals begin to break free from addiction and the deeply ingrained patterns of harmful behavior.
Each individual undergoes a lifelong spiritual journey, though this path may become harder to see as struggles appear and pain persists. OP/OUTPATIENT PROGRAMMING
At Firm Foundation Treatment Center, our Outpatient Program stands out by intentionally having clients integrate what they have practiced throughout their time in our program, while still under the care of a clinical team. This level of care has the most flexibility, giving clients the time to practice balancing their real-life responsibilities such as an increased workload, individual and family therapy, as well as recovery meetings.
At Firm Foundation Treatment Center, our Outpatient Program stands out by integrating Christ-centered principles, offering a unique approach to early recovery. Unlike Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), our outpatient service is the least structured, offering the most flexibility. This program is available to clients who have completed a higher level of care at Firm Foundation Treatment Center, ensuring they have the necessary foundation for continued progress.
