Brian has worked in behavioral health for over fourteen years. His professional career has focused solely on serving people overcoming mental illness, and those attempting to live a life of sobriety. Brian is the founder, and clinical director of Firm Foundation Treatment Center. His goal is to help those in treatment find a meaningful life closer to Christ, and break the patterns of living that lead us back to using drugs and alcohol. He believes genuinely empathic and authentic connections can help others start the process of trusting themselves, and building healthy relationships.
Erica brings a passion for seeing people connect to a sense of belonging and purpose in the world around them. Her professional background includes providing therapeutic services in a variety of inpatient and outpatient treatment settings such as primary mental health, couples and families in crisis, curriculum development and programming, and residential addiction treatment. Her specialties include Personal Growth & Development, Anger and Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, Life Transitions, Interpersonal Relationships, Self-Esteem, Depression & Anxiety, Substance Abuse & Addiction, Codependency, Crisis Management, Disordered Eating, & Trauma.
Dexter has been in behavioral health for roughly 30 years. He has worked in multiple levels of care ranging from sober living, residential mental health, crisis stabilization, residential young adult addiction, and intensive outpatient treatment. He brings an immense amount of knowledge, experience, and passion to our team. He has an incredible desire to utilize clinical knowledge, and disciple others towards a relationship with Christ. Dexter is passionate about authentic relationships and fostering safe, collaborative groups.
