Jaí Huntley, LCSW
Primary Therapist
As a master’s-level therapist with six years of clinical experience, Jai believes that mental wellness isn’t just a privilege—it’s a birthright. Everyone deserves access to support that feels safe, affirming, and human. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins in spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to reclaim their narratives. She is committed to creating environments that nurture resilience, foster compassion, and center a client’s ability to protect their mental well-being—no matter where they are starting from.
Her philosophy is that while therapy isn’t always comfortable, it is always worth it. She views the therapeutic process as a shared journey—one that unfolds through honesty, curiosity, and consistency. She collaborated with clients to name what’s weighing on them, explore what’s shaped them, and build new tools to help them navigate life more intentionally. She also does not believe in a one-size-fits-all healing. Her approach is eclectic and adaptive, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to best support each individual—not just the symptoms. Clients often describe her style as warm, grounded, and real. She is available to hold space for the hard stuff while also helping clients reframe limiting beliefs and discover the deeper story beneath the surface.Growth takes time. Like tending a garden, her work with clients will involve planting seeds, nurturing an inner world, and creating the conditions for lasting transformation.
