Jay Kimbel

Before joining Firm Foundation, Jay served as National Director of Outreach for a large residential treatment program, where he built a national referral network that grew the program from its first patient to a census of 120. He is also the founder and Executive Director of Fourth Dimension Living, a nonprofit sober living organization in Augusta that has helped men and women build stable lives in recovery for more than three years. Earlier in his career, Jay spent nearly two decades in business leadership, rising from the warehouse floor to Branch Manager, an experience that taught him that relationships, follow-through and hard work move everything forward.

Family comes first for Jay. He stepped away from the treatment field for a time to focus on home, and he returned with a renewed sense of purpose. Jay and his wife are proud parents of three: two in college and their youngest exploring her next chapter after graduation. When he isn’t working, you’ll find Jay and his wife cheering on the Atlanta Braves as season ticket holders, catching games on the road, or planning their next trip.
